Integrating Rakuten Mobile and the diverse assets of the Rakuten Group, we drive the acquisition of lines for corporate and partner clients and expand our DX solution business. We lead everything from planning and development to operation End-to-End, contributing to the realization of becoming the No. 1 carrier and the overall business growth of the Group.

Job Responsibilities
[Corporate Sales]
① Partner/Agency Sales (MVNO/Sales Agencies)
New client acquisition and existing client cultivation, regular operations, issue identification to initiative promotion, collaboration with service planning, proposal to agreement formation.
② Corporate Field Sales (Line/Asset Linkage)
Key Account management/new client acquisition, sales channel strategy, proposal to contract, service improvement suggestions, team management (Mgr candidate).
③ Solution Sales (DX/AI/Network/Fixed Line, etc.)
Proposing SaaS, MDM, Security, Generative AI (Rakuten AI), IoT/Embedded devices, fixed lines, ISP, IP phone, BPO, etc., and promoting alliances.
[Sales Planning/Strategy]
④ MVNO Business Planning/Financial Management
Service and pricing system design, revenue/expenditure forecasting, business development, PM, KPI/forecast management, data analysis, management report creation.
⑤ Sales Planning/Sales Operations (KPI/DX/Process Design)
KPI design and dissemination, progress management, sales strategy formulation, meeting structure design, operation visualization/standardization, AI/DX introduction introduction.
⑥ Sales Management/Business Strategy (KPI/Management Accounting/Mid-to-Long Term Strategy)
KPI definition to operation, numerical analysis, short-term initiative promotion, mid-to-long term (3-5 years) strategy/M&A consideration, initiative oversight, management reporting.
[Project Management]
⑦ Group Collaboration PM
Designing and operating standard procedures for company-wide campaigns, KPI setting and health checks, risk management, horizontal deployment of successful cases.
Work Environment
Based on your experience, the assignment within the Corporate Business Division will be determined through the selection process.
Examples of departments for assignment: Corporate Sales Department (East Japan/West Japan), DX Solution Sales Section, Group Resale Department, Partner Sales Department, Enterprise Solution Sales Department, Sales Planning & Promotion Department, etc.
Mandatory Qualifications:
[Corporate Sales]
・Experience in corporate sales / partner sales / consulting sales.
・Experience in analysis and improvement based on numerical data such as KPIs/P&L.
・Practical use of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint/Excel/Word).
[Sales Planning/Strategy]
・Experience in job function planning and project promotion (industry/scale not specified).
[Project Management]
・Experience in project promotion (industry/scale not specified).
・Experience in coordinating and negotiating with various stakeholders across departments.
[Common Mandatory Skills]
・Native level Japanese.
・English proficiency (TOEIC 600 or higher) is desirable.
Desired Qualifications:
・Experience in the telecommunications industry (MNO/MVNO/ISP/fixed line/network/security).
・Utilization and requirement definition for SFA/business tools (Salesforce, kintone, DOMO, Excel macros, etc.).
・Experience in project management / alliance promotion / team leadership.
・English proficiency (目安: TOEIC 800 equivalent) – support for acquisition available after joining.
