What will you work on?
- Actively assist the Senior National Account Manager (SNAM) and team to maximise sales activity in the company’s key customers
- Provide a robust administration function for the account management team, ensuring accurate & timely completion of account admin tasks in the time limit specified by the customer/business
- Undertake general departmental administrative tasks for the UKI Sales Director
- Provide a weekly top line analysis of the sales data to the SNAM and National Account Manager (NAM)
- Understand the customer inventory position and chase orders where required.
- Lead the social and digital strategy with the customer’s marketing team, by working with internal Brand Managers and the SNAM to build the plan
- To ensure the timely preparation for customer meetings and previews
How will you create impact?
- Own and drive Spin Masters digital/social presence in all areas as per above key responsibilities
- Co-ordinate and manage the digital/social activities around regular promotional and merchandising activities agreed by the SNAM/NAM
- Creating, maintaining and analysing the weekly sales out data to present to the business and to assist with planned intakes and propose/raise orders for the customer
- Assisting the account management team with the FOB ordering process
- Assisting the UKI Sales Director with administrative tasks
- Supporting the SNAM/NAM by managing promotional invoice process through Salesforce, gaining pricing approvals and other general administrative tasks
- To manage product assets and product copy and ensure they are sent to customers/uploaded to their portals within a timely manner
- Complete customer forms including the set up of new items and any ad-hoc requests from the customer
- Brief the graphic designer on a new suite of customer specific assets for product/brand launches
- To undertake any ad hoc duties as may be required from time to time (eg demonstrations to customers at London Toy Fair, provide back up support to other teams during holidays)
- To undertake any of the above tasks in an appropriately professional and timely manner at all times
- Coordinate packaging data requests from the customer
- Liaise with the customer and any internal teams on product quality issues
- Manage reports, forecasting dashboards, general sales requests, meeting notes, updating of documents as required
What are your skills and experience?
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar role in the CPG or Toy industry preferred
- Customer driven approach and a “go-getter” attitude
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and know how to pivot tasks when needed
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships, both externally and internally
- Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP, Salesforce an asset
- Demonstrated organisation, planning and communication skills
- Ability to create and maintain business presentations, Excel files, EPOS reports
- Ability to commute to the office in Marlow, working 4 days per week onsite
