You will provide comprehensive administrative support to Sales Leadership and Large & Key Account (LAKA) teams, including onboarding coordination, contract and RFP management, database maintenance, internal communications, and support for business continuity and disaster recovery plans.”
Location: You will be based in our Etobicoke office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
Reporting Relationship: You will report to Manager, Large and Key Account Support.
Posting Type: New Position.
Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is $50,800K-$69,657K).
Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions. Individual job offers are determined by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
Your Moneris Career - What you'll do
- NDA and Contract Management Analysis & Investigation – Manage the contract life-cycle by ensuring all documentation and artifacts are collected within Audit guidelines, identify errors and deficiencies in order to manage financial risk and compliance on behalf of the corporation, work with the Account Executives to ensure discrepancies are corrected in a timely manner and the contract is updated accurately, and act as a liaison between parties to mitigate inconsistencies and enforce accountability.
- Contract Briefing & Summarization for the Signing Authority – Partner and engage with various stakeholders to curate and deliver a synopsis of the contract for the Signing Officer.
- LAKA Account Communications – Assist the LAKA Account Support Manager with managing all internal and external National merchant communications.
- Content Management for Sales Resource Documents – Manage the National SharePoint site with relevant content, create and update process & procedure documentation and communicate updates as directed to the LAKA Sales team in a manner where it is easily understood and actionable.
- RFP Team Support - Assist the RFP Manager and Proposal Writer in preparing various RFP and Proposal documents for upcoming RFP submissions.
- Administrative Support – Provide support to the LAKA Sales Leadership teams on various administrative tasks such as scheduling calendar invites, submission for invoices and cheque requisitions, investigating billing items, building and managing reporting, contacting vendors, stationary and supply support and other tasks as required.
Your Moneris Career - What you bring
- University Degree (minimum College diploma)/Equivalent work experience may be considered a substitution.
- 3+ years in an administrative position
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence (written and verbal)
- Proficient with Microsoft Windows/MS Office Applications/knowledge of sales processes
