About the role

This role plays a key part in strengthening the capability of GSK’s field force by designing, delivering and embedding high‑impact, skills‑based learning experiences. Working closely with Sales, Brand, Medical and Commercial Operations, you will translate commercial strategy into practical capability uplift that drives customer‑centric selling and performance. Please note this is a 12 month fixed-term contract.

Your role will be varied and will include:

  • Designing and delivering product, systems and selling skills training programs aligned to sales and brand strategies.
  • Facilitating engaging learning experiences at national sales meetings and key forums, with a strong focus on skill application.
  • Partnering with Sales Leaders, Brand Teams, Medical and Commercial Operations to ensure learning supports business priorities.
  • Applying adult learning principles and instructional design to create relevant, scalable and practical learning solutions.
  • Reviewing and refining training materials to ensure quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Measuring effectiveness of training through clearly defined metrics and feedback.

About you

You are a capability professional with strong experience creating high‑quality learning content that builds sales capability in complex commercial environments. You bring a design‑led, business‑focused mindset and enjoy translating strategy into practical, scalable learning solutions.

You’ll also have:

  • Proven experience in developing sales capability and learning content, including instructional design, curriculum development and skills‑based learning solutions.
  • A strong understanding of adult learning principles and how to apply them to create engaging, practical and commercially relevant content.
  • The ability to continuously review, refine and improve learning materials using feedback and effectiveness metrics.
  • Confident facilitation skills, with experience delivering learning to sales audiences within scientific or complex environments.
