The Sales Analyst will play a key role in supporting sales operations, communications, and performance management across the four regions of India. This position ensures smooth coordination of sales activities, acting as a central link between sales, marketing, supply chain, and other internal teams. A major responsibility includes delivering accurate, insightful sales analysis—building dashboards, evaluating KPIs, identifying trends, and supporting forecasting to drive strategic decision-making.
The role also manages sales communications by localizing content, distributing updates, and ensuring timely, consistent messaging to the field force. Additionally, the analyst will support training initiatives by coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and tracking key outcomes from workshops and development programs.
1. Sales Coordination & Operational Support
- Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities to ensure alignment across internal teams and the field force.
- Manage sales calendars, track deliverables, and support the execution of sales campaigns, product launches, and field initiatives.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between sales, marketing, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams.
2. Sales Communication
- Localise and distribute sales communication materials including newsletters, performance updates, product information, and key announcements.
- Ensure clarity, consistency, and timeliness of sales messaging to the field team.
- Facilitate information flow between management and the sales force to support operational efficiency and alignment.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, analyse, and interpret Region based sales performance data across the 4 regions of India in partnership with the RBMs to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Create dashboards, scorecards, and analytical models to monitor KPIs such as revenue, customer performance, distribution, and productivity.
- Assist Sales leadership to implement recommendations that improve sales execution, regional performance, and decision-making.
- Support forecasting and target-setting processes with data-driven inputs.
4. Field Training Coordination
- Coordinate logistics for field sales training sessions, workshops, events, and leadership development programs.
- Support trainers and sales leadership by preparing materials, tracking attendance, and gathering post-training feedback.
- Assist Sales leadership to monitor training impact and ensure documentation and communication are properly maintained.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Min Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field, preferred Masters degree in Business Management
- Min 5-8 years of experience in Operations, Business Analysis, or Commercial Support roles (industry-specific experience preferred but not required).
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to balance multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
