POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a strong customer service oriented and energetic Sales Assistant who will be directly responsible for generating sales at dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Be the driver of acquisition process
Ensure permanent contact with various customer departments
Know and understand the federal, state, and local laws that govern retail auto sales
Process all paperwork required by federal, state, and county laws.
Ensure that all paperwork is completely and accurately filled out.
Explains fully product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
Build strong rapport with customers.
Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
Report to the Acquisition Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc. Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technological changes in the product.
Be on time for scheduled shift and meetings, cover entire shift, and clock in/out daily.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be trustworthy and have the ability to creatively deal with problems.
Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Use of a PC is a must. Will be using Inventory Control Software, Internet and Microsoft Office Products
Valid in-state driver's license.
Professional personal appearance.
