Join our China Tyvek garment team and play a pivotal role in keeping the business running smoothly—from order-to-cash execution to cross-functional coordination.
What you’ll do
• Own end-to-end Tyvek garment order coordination (order placement, follow-up, delivery alignment) and ensure smooth order-to-cash support.
• Coordinate Tyvek garment demand forecasting with Sales, supply/operations and external partners; track risks and drive timely updates.
• Maintain price lists and deal data in SFDC; support Sales on pricing set-up, approvals and accuracy checks.
• Track and support the annual rebate program (calculation, application, documentation) and provide regular status visibility.
• Support garment branding activities (launch readiness, partner coordination, marketing material routing) and help organize China key events/trade shows as needed.
• Manage day-to-day coordination of samples, product information and basic sales enablement content; ensure the latest versions are shared with internal teams and partners.
• Build simple trackers and dashboards (Excel) for orders, forecast, pricing and campaign execution; highlight insights and actions for the team.
What you bring
To thrive in this role, you’re organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working across teams in a fast-moving commercial environment.
• 3+ years of experience in sales operations / sales admin / business support (garment, consumer, materials, or B2B environments preferred). Multinational company experience is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable building trackers, summaries and presentations.
• Effective cross-functional communication with local teams and external partners; able to align details and follow through.
• Proactive, supportive and positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills and ownership mindset.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree (or above) in a related discipline.
