As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Sales & Key Account Representative to join our growing team based in Mascot, NSW.
12 months fixed term contract

About You
As a Sales & Key Account Representative you will work closely with our Key Accounts Team to quote urgent lift repairs/minor upgrades, quote proactive equipment improvements and support the administrative tasks required with our key account portals.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver revenue performance: Consistently achieve (and exceed) assigned sales revenue and margin targets in line with the approved business plan, with clear accountability for results.
Maximise speed-to-lead and conversion: Action all repair leads from every source immediately on receipt, applying disciplined follow-up to maximise contact and conversion rates.
Qualify needs and build demand: Partner with the field technicians to confirm scope/requirements, then engage the customer to validate needs, create urgency, and progress opportunities through the buying cycle.
Drive campaign-led pipeline: Actively participate in all repair product campaigns, generating pipeline contribution and supporting the Key Account team by providing responsive, accurate quoting and commercial support.
Own proposal development end-to-end: Produce accurate estimates and secure required internal approvals to create a compliant Service Works Proposal, then submit to the customer within agreed turnaround times.
Execute a structured close plan: Proactively follow up every submission using a structured, cyclical call-closing cadence to progress objections, confirm decision steps, and secure approval/booking.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline: Maintain a healthy opportunity funnel that supports target attainment, including ongoing prospecting, opportunity progression, and clear next steps at every stage.
Forecast with accuracy: Keep CRM/sales systems current, report activity consistently, and provide accurate forecasting against plan (pipeline, probability, timing, value).
What you will need to be successful
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in Tele Sales, Frontline Sales, or Account Management, with a results‑driven mindset (Preferred).
Exposure to technical or solution‑based sales would be an added advantage
Proven ability to work independently and collaborate cross‑functionally, building trusted relationships to drive outcomes.
Strong communications – verbal and written.
Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping are important for success
Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the ability to learn and frequently switch between inhouse systems/databases is required
A desire to learn and understand the elevator industry and the technology involved
