Position Summary
You will lead sales and distribution activities for a 12-month secondment. You will work closely with supply chain, customer service and planning colleagues to ensure reliable, compliant and timely product delivery to customers. We value clear communication, practical problem solving and a customer-first mindset. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

Management of 0-2 weeks Order Book & look ahead 2-4 weeks:

  • Delivery Creation Coordination — daily creation of deliveries in MERP, including necessary compliance checks for aligned customer required dates (CRD) for pack changes. Communicates with customer to gain approval to ship any batches with short shelf life remaining at dock date in market. Provide logistics leadership with performance trends for Right First Time (RFT) % of deliveries created to plan.

Sanction Market Management:

  • Responsible for licence applications and updating of sales orders to lift embargos for all orders supplied to Sanction markets. Acts as the site key contact for Sanctions & Export screening requests and provides key data as required.

Management of Product Returns to site:

  • Responsible for coordinating and executing order returns to site after Post Goods Issue resulting from quality or distribution issues.

Supply of Registration Samples and adhoc supply requests:

  • Responsible for the co- ordination of adhoc supply requests, registration samples and other non standard shipments including proforma invoice creations. Management of shipments outside the Global shipping process, to include Registration samples.

S&D Master Data Management:

  • Responsible for managing S&D data objects which includes Customer Material Information Records (CM/R), Material Listings (ML), Batch Search Strategy (BSS), Trade route creations via submission of SID (site item data form) & customer address details via MERP EDM Tool. Data sourcing and provision for all above tasks.

Support Dispatch Management as backup:

  • To ensure that product manufactured at Worthing is dispatched optimizing vehicles. Organize returns from local service providers when requested to support investigations.


Why You?

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Sales, Logistics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience / GCSE's.
- Experience in sales, distribution or commercial operations.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and with CRM or sales reporting tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and ability to build collaborative working relationships.


Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare or other regulated industries.
- Experience with demand planning, order management or route-to-market strategy.
- Proven track record of improving customer service metrics and delivery performance.
- Ability to analyse commercial data and translate findings into clear actions.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams on change or continuous improvement projects.

About Worthing Manufacturing Site:
