Sales Analyst – Module Frames

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Analyst to support the rapid growth of Nextpower’s Module Frames business. In this role, you will play a critical part in enabling the global Sales and Business Unit teams through data-driven analysis, quoting support, CRM management, and process improvement. You will help create and manage financial models, maintain forecasting accuracy, and support key sales initiatives across global regions.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, experienced in using CRM and modeling tools, and capable of bridging the gap between sales, engineering, and operations. You will work cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Logistics, Finance, and Commercial Operations to help the Module Frames business scale efficiently and profitably.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) how you will measure success:

  • Achieving / Exceeding group sales targets

  • Data cleanliness in CRM system

  • Ability to coordinate and drive different departments to hit customer due dates

  • Support of other team members

  • Accuracy and completeness of handoff packages for the Operations team

  • 90% of allocated leads are followed up and closed out

  • Bid strategy summary report

 

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

  • Support customer engagements and project management, thorough follow through, managing expectations and deadlines, and ensuring customer satisfaction through the sales cycle

  • Up to 10% travel may be required to engage with customers and suppliers.

  • Working with your Sale Leader, you will assume functional control of complex multi-$M Module Frame opportunities and usher them through the Sale Process from Customer RFP to contract execution and handoff.

  • Track sales activities using NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM.

  • Manage and optimize Salesforce CRM reporting processes, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking, automated reporting, and data consistency across all sales activities.

  • Develop and manage pricing, financial, and sales modeling tools to support quoting, scenario analysis, and margin validation for Module Frames sales opportunities.

  • Generate and present regular and ad hoc sales performance reports, dashboards, and revenue forecasts for internal stakeholders; maintain forecasting accuracy through weekly updates.

  • Collaborate with global Sales, Business Development, and Product teams to inform pricing strategies, structure deals, and provide input on new product planning and go-to-market execution.

  • Maintain and improve proposal templates, sales enablement content, and value proposition materials; conduct win/loss analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Other job-related duties as assigned

 

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

  • Bachelor’s degree in: Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Analysis, Financial Modeling, or Business Development

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word

  • Experience in using CRM systems (Salesforce.com preferred)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

  • Experience in the solar or hardware manufacturing industry is a plus

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The annual salary range for this position is 100,000.00 to 110,000.00 plus a commission structure based on commission calculation, such as percentage of sales or specific metrics.
