You'll be the customer facing staff taking ownership of operational plans to meet business needs and contribute to the execution of successful sales strategies. You'll deliver successful outcomes for key industry players and challenges through innovation, custom solutions, business understanding and building relationships. 

As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for: 

  • Providing commercial ownership to the Subsea Production Systems (SPS) and to the Flexible Pipe Systems (FPS) business in Latin America, delivering orders, targets and growth in the market; 

  • Owning and developing your sales pipeline; 

  • Developing customer relationships to increase early engagement and product adaption;

  • Understanding customer requirements and competitor approaches to improve your sales strategies; 

  • Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal. 
     

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will: 

  • Have Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and/or related; 

  • Have solid experience (> 5 years) in the offshore subsea oil & gas market; 

  • Understand finances;

  • Be Available for occasional travelling outside Mexico;

  • Be fluent in English and in Portuguese (oral and written);

  • Have excellent all-round communication skills, including when communicating complex technical content to a range of audiences; 

  • Show great sales and marketing experience; 

  • Have experience in developing account plans and strategy and proactively growing business; 

  • Have ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
