Process sales paperwork accurately and efficiently
Assist sales managers and sales staff with administrative support
Verify deal jackets, title documents, and compliance requirements
Communicate with customers, lenders, and internal departments
Maintain organized records and ensure smooth workflow in the sales office
Support dealership operations with a professional, positive attitude
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working with computers and dealership software
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Prior dealership or admin experience is a plus, but not required
