Dr. Lillard in Human Sciences in the College of Education and Human Ecology is seeking a Post Doctoral Scholar to be part of an NIH funded project to study determinants and factors that help explain whether and when individual take up vaccines. The project is collecting and harmonizing COVID-mitigation and COVID vaccine access rules in seventeen countries. We will give the successful candidate opportunities to present project results and his or her own research at our weekly meetings, participate in the drafting and editing of grant proposals, and attend at least one scholarly conference each year. We expect the successful candidate to author and coauthor project papers.
75% of the work time on data construction, checking, cleaning, and verifying. He/she will spend
10% of work time working with the PI to develop and estimate statistical models and tabulate results.
10% of the time will be spent preparing manuscripts.
5% of time will be devoted to team meetings.
The full research team meets weekly by zoom. We require that the successful candidate participate in those meetings.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
Target Salary for position is - $61,008.00
Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check. A drug screen or physical may be required during the post offer process.
