Main Responsibilities: *
Coordinate working mission of CRM administrative team
Support Sales Administrator daily administrative routine
Maintain CRM local system operation
Coordinate with other functions and divisions stakeholders in order to support the proper & effective operation of CRM organization in Taiwan
Provide assistance in coordinating team marketing events, trade shows, physicians, nurses, patients education program and public exhibition following HCP & OEC policy to implement marketing event
Assist marketing team to ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with legal and ethical standards, and that documented processes, procedures and internal quality management system are followed and adhered to
Monitor post-event results by HCPs/staff members to assess cost and benefit
Demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality
Understand and comply with all the regulations governing the quality system
Attend all Quality related training and full complied with all SOPs
Skills & Experience Required: *
Bachelor or above degree
Ability to work within a team and independently
Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously
Must have strong communications skills
Relative experience over 5 years
Able to organize and prioritize work
