Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Website Manager to join our digital communications team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about web content and digital experiences. They will be responsible for managing and publishing content on our corporate websites - HKEX Group (hkexgroup.com) and HKEX Markets (hkex.com.hk)

The Website Manager role is vital in driving the effectiveness of HKEX’s digital presence, ensuring that all published content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand and regulatory standards.

Job responsibilities:

Website Content Management:

  • Create, edit, and publish website content on the HKEX corporate websites - HKEX.com.hk and HKEXGroup.com.

  • Ensure all content meets brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and SEO best practices.

Business Support:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand website requirements and deliver updates promptly.

  • Provide guidance and support to business teams on website-related tasks and processes.

  • Actively maintain a content/task planner to ensure timely delivery of content

Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct regular checks to ensure content accuracy and functionality across devices and browsers.

  • Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Digital Communications or related field preferred

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital content management, ideally within financial services.

  • Experience with HTML and CSS

  • Experience with image/design editing tools (e.g. Figma, Photoshop)

  • Familiarity with web standards, accessibility, and SEO principles.

  • Experience with Sitecore or similar content management systems is preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
