What you will be in charge of:
• Communication with customers – internal and external
• Managing and maintaining customer data (Customer Master Data)
• Building long-term relationships with customers
• End-to-end delivery coordination – from order to delivery
• Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data in the system
• Updating price lists according to contractual documentation
• Recording, completion and archiving of business cases
• Cooperation with the sales department, warehouse, accounting department and other teams
• Creating forecasts in cooperation with trade and supply chain
• Inventory of stock and devices in assets and consignment warehouses
• Conducting regular internal controls
• Preparation of clear reports for trade
• Leading a customer service team and regularly evaluating its performance

What we expect from you:
• Min. secondary education
• User-level English (ability to read and write emails, work with systems)
• Experience with SAP (with Hana's advantage)
• Experience in a similar position, experience in leading a smaller team
• Flexibility, reliability, ability to solve problems independently
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
