Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team and cluster leader with daily administrative tasks, including data entry and CLM updates.
Coordinate communication between clients and internal departments.
Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
Contribute to process improvements and organizational efficiency initiatives.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good command of English (mandatory).
Knowledge of Russian and/or Ukrainian is highly preferred.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software tools.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
