Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team and cluster leader with daily administrative tasks, including data entry and CLM updates.

  • Coordinate communication between clients and internal departments.

  • Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and sales materials.

  • Contribute to process improvements and organizational efficiency initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Good command of English (mandatory).

  • Knowledge of Russian and/or Ukrainian is highly preferred.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software tools.

  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
