Red Hat is looking for a Commercial Sales Account Manager to accelerate new business growth across the Commercial segment in Brazil. This role focuses on proactive prospecting, hunting new logos, covering unassigned territories, and ensuring strong execution of marketing-generated leads.
The Commercial Sales Account Manager will cover multiple territories and actively support the Sales Leader in driving hunting initiatives, pipeline acceleration, and conversion across the full Commercial customer base in Brazil.
This position requires strong ownership, execution discipline, and the ability to operate with agility across different accounts and regions.
Drive new customer acquisition and exceed ACV targets.
Proactively identify and pursue whitespace opportunities across multiple territories.
Cover territories without assigned Sales Representatives, ensuring continuity and revenue progression.
Own execution and timely follow-up of marketing-generated leads.
Support the Sales Leader in hunting initiatives and pipeline conversion efforts across the entire Commercial base.
Build, manage, and advance a healthy pipeline aligned to quarterly goals.
Develop and execute structured territory and account plans.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, renewals, inside sales, and channel teams to accelerate revenue growth.
Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline.
Proven success in hunting and new business development.
Strong ability to generate and convert pipeline.
High level of ownership, accountability, and execution rigor.
Flexibility to operate across multiple territories and customer profiles.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
