What can we do together?

We are looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to own and drive integrated, account‑based and omnichannel marketing programs in France. This role is key to accelerating pipeline, increasing Marketing Generated Opportunities (MGO), and reinforcing HP’s leadership in the Future of Work for Commercial, Mid‑Market and Enterprise customers.

You will act as a strategic partner to Sales and Category teams, owning the end‑to‑end marketing plan for your scope, from thought leadership and demand generation to ABM, events, telemarketing and performance optimization.

  • Own the integrated marketing plan

    • Own and execute the integrated marketing plan for your scope, partnering with Comms, Category, Sales & Channel,  and aligned with France and SEMEA commercial priorities.

    • Ensure strong alignment with HP’s Future of Work value propositions, addressing CIO/ITDM priorities (workforce experience, collaboration, AI‑ready compute, and secure, future‑ready IT).

  • Run high impact  integrated demand and engagement campaigns

    • Launch and manage full‑funnel demand campaigns that generate MQLs, improve Lead‑to‑Opportunity conversion and drive incremental pipeline in install base and acquisition accounts.

    • Design and orchestrate end‑to‑end customer journeys : awareness, consideration, evaluation, conversion, optimizing touchpoints (across content, web, social, email, search, events, webinars, partner activity, telemarketing) for quality and velocity.

    • Contribute to ABM 1:1, 1:Few and 1:Many programs targeting named Enterprise accounts through workshops, roundtables, CWC visits, hospitality, customer advocacy and LinkedIn activation.

    • Scale event-driven pipeline via 1st party events, key 3rd‑party industry event; Maximize event ROI with integrated pre‑, during‑ and post‑event activations and nurturing.

    • Strengthen lead gen Performance Marketing engine (with a strong Mid‑Market focus) through Content Syndication, Events and Telemarketing.

    • Build always‑on nurturing and lifecycle programs to increase engagement, conversion and retention

 

  • Measure what matters

    • Own MGO goals and contribute to team MGO targets, track conversion, pipeline value, velocity, ROI, and contribution to revenue.

    • Use data to continuously improve audience targeting, content relevance, channel mix, and sales alignment; build clear dashboards

    • Manage the marketing budget with strong KPI discipline and business alignment

  • Partner to win

    • Collaborate daily with Sales leadership, account teams, category managers, channel enablement, ISR/telemarketing to turn intent into meetings and opportunities.

    • Equip Sales with account insights, messaging, content kits, and plays

    • Actively contribute to the France marketing team’s effectiveness, collaboration and  One‑Team culture.

Who you are?

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, demand generation and/or ABM

  • Track record of driving omnichannel programs that convert into qualified pipeline for enterprise ITDM audiences.

  • Strong leadership able to align Sales, Category, Channel, and agencies to a single plan and deliver outcomes

  • Data‑driven mindset: comfortable with marketing analytics, funnel KPIs, and experimentation to improve performance

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills

  • Practical familiarity with modern Martech stacks (e.g., marketing automation, intent platforms, analytics) and working with ISR/telemarketing motions.

  • Comfortable switching between strategic planning and hands‑on execution in a fast‑moving environment.

  • Fluency in both French and English required
