Reporting to the Head of Sales - based in Belgium, the Sales Account Manager – India will be responsible for driving direct software sales in the Indian market. This role plays a key part in strengthening Enfocus’ presence in India by engaging directly with end customers while working closely with existing implementation partners.

The position will be based in Bangalore, preferably, where Enfocus already has an office, or remotely, when possible. In this role, a typical day includes:

  • Driving direct new business- Actively prospecting, qualifying, and engaging end customers in the Indian print market, with a strong focus on automation opportunities. Acting as a trusted advisor to help customers understand the value of Enfocus solutions.
  • Owning and closing sales opportunities- Managing the full sales cycle independently — from lead generation and discovery through presentations, negotiations, and deal closure — with a clear focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline- Developing and maintaining a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities to ensure consistent revenue growth and predictable forecasting.
  • Partner collaboration- Working closely with existing Enfocus partners in India by assigning and coordinating implementation services, ensuring a win-win model where partners benefit from project delivery while Enfocus drives direct software sales.
  • Strengthening brand presence in India- Representing Enfocus in the market by building strong customer relationships, increasing brand credibility, and contributing to local market awareness through events, meetings, and industry engagement.
  • Cross-functional collaboration- Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, product management, and customer success to ensure customers receive the best possible solutions and long-term value.

The job's essential requirements include:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in B2B software or solution sales, preferably in a direct sales role
  • Strong ability to prospect, develop, and close new business independently
  • Experience selling to or working with the print or graphic arts industry is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with automation, workflow, or SaaS solutions is a plus
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with customers and partners alike
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel within India as required to meet customers and partners
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage
