Takeda Business Solutions (TBS) is seeking a dynamic individual Source To Pay Compliance Monitoring Specialist to lead our , driving operational excellence and contributing to the overall TBS vision. If you are passionate about implementing controls, fostering quality environments, and promoting continuous improvement, this role is for you. Please note that this is a 1-year fixed-term contract role.

As a Source To Pay Compliance Monitoring Specialist you will be instrumental in achieving TBS objectives and supporting the organization's vision:
 

Accelerate value & make an impact by:

• Providing relevant reporting, validate data and analytics
• Performing internal controls
• Payment queries support
• Replying to internal and external queries within agreed SLAs
• Collaboration with local HOF, Controllers and Auditors
• Effective communication with clients and colleagues
   

Required qualifications:

• minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Academic background preferably in finance/ accounting / economics
• Professional experience in Finance and Accounting area will be an asset
• SAP experience
• MS Office knowledge (mainly Excel)
• Fluent English and other languages nice to have
• Stress resistance, discipline, dedication
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Customer orientation
• Eye for detail

Preferred qualifications:

• Improvement-oriented mindset (focused on such techniques as Lean/Kaizen)
• Interest/experience in external innovations and automation (ERP, WF, Robotics, AI)
• General curious mindset
• Additional accounting courses
• Building relationships and trust through challenging the status quo
• experience in Blackline
• Professional experience in BPO/Shared Services

Base Salary Range:

zł82,600.00 - zł113,520.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
