About us
We are looking for RTR Intern to join core team of our Shared Service Centre in Warsaw and to help us establish best in class service. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Record to Report operations within a dynamic international finance environment in one of the oldest continuously running companies in the world.
What we can offer you
You will be a part of a finance team focusing on delivering operational excellence to our locations across Europe. You will support the RTR team in daily accounting processes while gaining practical knowledge in finance and accounting. This role involves assisting with month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and preparation of financial reports.
Your main tasks
Provide support in Record to Report (RTR) processes
Assist with balance sheet account reconciliations and documentation
Update data in financial systems
Create and edit reports using MS Excel
Collaborate with the team on ongoing accounting tasks
Requirements:
Interest in finance/accounting and willingness to learn
Good command of English (B2 level or higher), knowledge of German will be a plus
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Good command of MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proactive attitude and Strong communication skills
