About You

In this Professional role, you’ll focus on supporting accurate and compliant intercompany accounting activities while partnering with Global Business Services and internal stakeholders. You’ll contribute to timely execution of routine transactions, reporting, and issue resolution that supports Kimberly‑Clark’s financial integrity and control environment. Key Accountabilities

  • Support in analyzing and preparing basic data of standard cost and month‑end operating results.

  • Work in strong partnership and engagement with the team.

  • Support dashboard creation for different KPIs and ad‑hoc analyses requested by the Finance Manager.

  • Support in managing different workflows of costing processes (IMF, EMMA).

  • Help in preparing monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations, review account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timeliness, and coordinate identification and resolution of discrepancies.

  • Consistently meet or exceed Service Level Agreements pertaining to LAO GBS Cost processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance.

  • Strong critical‑thinking skills and a high level of accountability.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Effective stakeholder management, collaboration, and teamwork skills.

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
