Job Title: RPM Analyst

Role Description
- The Portfolio Analyst supports the Portfolio Manager in monitoring portfolio performance, conducting statistical and performance analyses and producing investor reports. Applying excellent financial, mathematical and statistical skills they work with complex databases and quantitative tools to assess, reconcile and attribute portfolio performance.
- The Portfolio Analyst ensures Portfolio performance is transparent to key stakeholders and monitors adherence to the appropriate governance guidelines, including any regulatory/legal restrictions that may impact the portfolio. Portfolio Analysts may also participate in company due-diligence, research meetings and client meetings, communicating portfolio information to clients and client requirements to Portfolio Managers.

Your key responsibilities
- Perform due diligence and support collateral management
- Premium payment calculations for de-risking including PRI, RPA
- Monitor limits utilization, RWA relief, loan loss provisioning due to de-risking and liase with relevant stakeholders for any issues
- Produce MIS for different stakeholders – investors, portfolio managers etc. to monitor portfolio performance
- Ad-hoc analysis for different stakeholders (Risk Portfolio Management, Sales, CRM etc.)
- Identify, initiate and support automation and optimization of tasks and current processes in coordination with main stakeholders like Product Management, TF Sales & Structuring, CRM among others.
- Maintain internal process documents and Key Operation Procedures for mandated products
Your skills and experience
Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or Engineering
- 4-6 years of work experience in relevant field of Finance and/ or Insurance
- Strong analytical skills and credit background
- Knowledge of advanced Excel, Algorithms, VBA Macro and good understanding of working with databases with demonstrated ability to employ tools for analytical work
- Knowledge of Trade Finance & Lending products, credit risk and insurance is a plus
- Strong communication skills with excellent English, both orally and written
