Position Summary:
The RoW App Store Sales Leader is responsible for driving revenue performance, sales execution, and regional alignment across Trend Micro’s App Store listings including the Apple App Store and Google Play, as well as evaluating opening up other App Store opportunities. This is a global role with responsibility for the Americas, Europe and Asia/Middle East/Africa, but excluding Japan. This role partners closely with regional leadership to execute Consumer BU priorities, optimize sales performance, and ensure consistent customer experience across global markets. The position requires strong commercial judgment, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple time zones.
Responsibilities:
Own revenue targets for RoW App Store sales; monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention, and upsell.
Forecast the business Regional up to Consumer Online Business Leadership and Sales Operations
Develop regional sales strategies aligned with global Consumer BU objectives.
Partner with Consumer Online Business Leadership, Sales Operation and Finance to support forecast planning and quarterly performance reviews.
Act as the primary sales point of contact for RoW regions to ensure alignment on execution of App Store initiatives.
Partner with regional Online Sales Managers and Partnerships Managers to localize promotions, pricing, and go-to-market activities.
Analyze sales trends, channel performance, and market signals to identify risks, gaps, and growth opportunities.
Work with Business Intelligence Sales Operations to prepare dashboards, monthly business reviews, and reporting for global leadership.
Review competitive landscape across App Store ecosystems to inform recommendations.
Support execution of global sales processes, promotional calendars, and operational workflows within RoW markets.
Qualifications:
5+ years in consumer sales, digital commerce, or marketplace environments.
Experience driving sales strategy and performance across multiple international markets.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in forecasting and sales performance reporting.
Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, including executive-level presentation.
