Job Purpose/Summary
Responsible for the physical operation, maintenance and oversight of contracted services for a portfolio of commercial shopping centers. Our goal is to ensure efficient and reliable operation of the buildings, consistent with the owner’s financial objectives. The Site Maintenance Supervisor will supervise qualified contracted personnel to service the building and maintain positive relationship with tenants.
