Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a Room Service Coordinator to join our Food and Beverage team and support the delivery of exceptional in room dining experiences for our guests.
The role
As Room Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in the smooth operation of In Room Dining. Acting as the central point of communication, you will receive and manage guest orders via telephone and mobile applications, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a warm, professional service at all times.
You will work closely with the kitchen, service teams, and management to ensure orders are delivered correctly and on time, while maintaining Four Seasons standards for quality, care, and attention to detail.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced, guest focused environment and enjoys organisation, communication, and teamwork.
