Raytheon’s Naval Power (NP) Strategic Business Unit is seeking a highly motivated Integrated Product Team Lead to support the Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM) Production Hardware team. This position involves leading a team of multi-disciplined engineers, providing technical oversight, and managing the execution of the Responsible Engineering Authority (REA) work to support RAM production.
This position is located on-site in Tucson, AZ.
What You Will Do
Manage a cross functional team of 7-9 Responsible Engineering Authorities (REAs) including mechanical and electrical engineers.
Provide direction, prioritization and oversight across key engineering functions to deliver on project and organizational goals.
Collaborate with Program and Factory Management to determine the priority of the tasks at hand.
Collaborate with domestic and international suppliers/partners, providing technical directions to mitigate impacts to production.
Travel when necessary to support critical constraints and important reviews.
Interface with design engineers to ensure technical data package updates to increase production efficiency.
Lead technical discussions and formulate plans of action by leveraging company Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across multiple engineering disciplines.
Remove barriers and ensure the team is properly staffed and resourced to support the program goals and contractual deliveries.
Mentor and coach junior engineers within the team and foster a healthy team environment.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 8 years of relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
Experience in integration, verification, validation and/or maintenance activities within production, manufacturing, and/or product qualification environments.
Experience collecting and evaluating data to diagnose and solve technical issues.
Engineering experience working on failure investigations.
Experience with developing Basis of Estimates and generating Engineering Proposal Review packages.
Experience with budget, schedule, Estimate at Complete (EAC) process and/or financial performance report generation.
Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain special program access prior to start. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
Project management or IPTL experience.
Experience working with Manufacturing and Production Systems and Processes.
EVMS certification, Program Management certification, or equivalent to Raytheon PM Level 6 certification.
Experience collaborating with program office, cross-functional teams and internal/external customers.
Demonstrate understanding of engineering development, transition to production, production, and maintenance.
Experience managing and presenting technical data to Stakeholders and Customer community, in design reviews and technical interchange meetings.
Experience in leading teams to solve various production problems including but not limited to test equipment failures and design updates required for increased manufacturability.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
