Job Description
To develop, enhance and maintain codes on relevant software to enable and sustain automation of business processes including providing on-going support to the Robotics Process Automation team during the various sprint phases.
- Receives, interprets and understands the relevant RPA process specification document.
- Develops, builds and implements new code according to specification to automate the relevant process.
- Interrogates and questions specifications and content and make recommendations for process improvement.
- Assists the RPA team with User acceptance testing and provide ongoing support throughout the various sprint phases.
- Reviews automated business processes to identify any changes and/or additional features/functionality in the business process.
- Design, build and implement enhanced RPA code functionality to support additional features.
- Identifies risks and provide input on possible solutioning.
- Produce high quality work by adhering to predefined standards and procedures and in accordance with compliance and governance standards.
- Work with enhanced processes and procedures to maintain operational efficiencies.
- Deliver work in an accurate manner to ensure consistent results.
- Draw on knowledge and experience to identify and develop solutions that leads to improved service delivery and quality.
- Adhere to quality standards, turnaround times and Company policies and procedures.
- Complete relevant administration, reporting and updating of information accurately and on time.
- Contribute to cost efficiencies through responsible utilisation of work-related resources.
- Deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards.
