Join our 24‑bed Orthopedic Unit and make a meaningful impact providing specialized, complex care to patients recovering from fractures, joint replacements, and traumatic injuries. This is your opportunity to grow your skills and deliver LOVE + MEDICINE in the heart of the Coulee region.
What You’ll Work
Full-time | 0.9 FTE (72 hours per 2 week pay period)
12‑hour rotating shifts: Days (6:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m.) and Nights (6:30 p.m.–7:00 a.m.)
Every third weekend + two holidays per year

What You’ll Do
Care for a diverse orthopedic population, including post‑surgical patients and those with fractures, joint replacements, and minor or major trauma.
Build expertise in:
Traction application
Splints and casts
Wound care
Acute surgical nursing
Collaborate within a strong interdisciplinary team of RNs, CNAs, physical/occupational therapists, clinicians, and social workers.
Contribute to a forward‑thinking nursing environment, including our innovative virtual nursing program within medical-surgical units.

What You Need
Associate Degree in Nursing (minimum)
RN licensure in Wisconsin (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
New graduates and experienced RNs are encouraged to apply!
