Job title: Risk, Resilience & Security Shared Services Manager
Location: Leeds or Edinburgh
Salary: £59,850 - £66,500
Hours: Full time
Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.
About this opportunity:
A strategic and operational leadership role focused on safeguarding the D2C Investments Platform through risk management, operational resilience, and security oversight. This is a varied role over sighting the D2C Investments end to end risk and control landscape along with ensuring the resilience and security of our service.
You'll need to be flexible as the role sometimes requires leading on other activities to support the wider service when needed.
What you’ll be doing:
Operational Resilience: Build and maintain operational resilience requirements, including Important Business Services (IBS) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP).
Security Management: Track cyber vulnerabilities remediation activity and run Identity, Authentication & Access management (IAAM) risks and controls.
Risk and Control Oversight: Works in partnership with IP&I Chief Controls Office & wider Risk Specialists to co-ordinate D2C risks & controls framework, providing structured visibility of the risk landscape to the Risk Owner and senior leadership
Collaboration: Work with internal and external partners to protect key services.
Leadership: lead a team and influence senior leaders to embed a culture of risk management, resilience and security
Flexibility: support the delivery of a variety of ad-hoc business activities when required; some examples being LBG employee share plan maturities, invoicing tracking, change business readiness activities

What you’ll need:
You'll be someone who can take the lead, facilitate change and who's most at home working collaboratively across a diverse group of key partners up to Director level. You’ll be a natural communicator and can take potentially abstract issues and simplify them, bringing partners along with you. Specific skills & experience we're looking for are:
Risk and controls management experience
Knowledge of the D2C Risk and Control framework
Knowledge of operational resilience & security frameworks
Experience of key D2C product operational processes
Experience delivering programme activities
It would also be useful if you had...
Strong planning and attention to detail skills.
Collaborator engagement background achieved with a diverse set of partners
Innovative problem-solving abilities.
Experience and confidence in crafting proposals and presentations for senior leaders
Adaptable and willing to be flexible in their approach to their responsibilities.
