Corporate Title Assistant Vice President
This role contributes to the design and delivery of AI-enabled and data-led improvements across the Chief Risk Office (CRO), supporting efficiency, automation, and standardisation within Risk. With a primary focus on Credit Risk processes, you will work closely with stakeholders to scrutinize current-state workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and design, build, document and maintain fully working automation solutions—including AI prompts, agentic flows and Microsoft 365–based automation.
You will gain exposure to advanced analytics and practical AI use cases in Risk, helping to enhance how risk teams operate while ensuring solutions are robust, transparent, and well-governed.

Your key responsibilities
Support the delivery of transformation initiatives in Risk, contributing to analysis, design and implementation activities
Perform detailed analysis of Risk processes, data flows and systems to identify improvement opportunities and automation solutions
Contribute to the development of solutions using Python, Microsoft 365 suite (including Power Apps/Automate), CoPilot and other Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Large Language Model (LLM) tools
Support stakeholder engagement across Risk, Technology and Data teams
Assist in preparing materials for senior stakeholders, including progress updates and recommendations
Support change and adoption activities to embed new processes and tools
Your skills and experience
Solid Python skills coupled with automation knowledge in Microsoft 365 suite, including CoPilot, Power Apps/Automate.
Strong analytical skills with an interest in data, advanced analytics and AI applications
Experience in Risk, Credit Risk, transformation, analytics or change delivery within financial services desirable
Exposure to Cloud technologies, automation or data platforms desirable
Ability to structure problems, analyse processes and contribute to solution design
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-evolving environment
