Role Description

  • Role is part of the Chief Risk Office providing data and MIS support services to Credit Risk Management.
  • The role will be aligned to CRM function’s responsibility for monitoring, analysing and reporting risk on a comprehensive basis.

Your key responsibilities

  • Credit Loss Estimation, Provisioning and Controls
  • Data compilation for regulatory returns for submission to regulators and internal stakeholders
  • Work and provide support for various audits – regulatory, statutory, internal & concurrent.
  • Various MIS for regulatory & management reporting, including adhoc requirements
  • Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders for queries
  • Assessment and monitoring of compliance to applicable regulatory guidelines and group policies
  • Supporting in invoice processing and reconciliation of advances at branch level
  • Ensuring storage of data in agreed format and location and delivering required data within agreed timelines

Your skills and experience

  • Minimum Graduate: CA / MBA – Finance preferred
  • 1-2  years of work experience would be added advantage
  • Good MS Office skills, esp. in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint/ MS Access.
  • Should be adept in data search on Internet / Search Engines
  • IFRS knowledge would be preferred

Soft Skills

  • Analytical skills to understand specific data requirements, basic knowledge of financial markets
  • Ability to search, collate and present data required by risk team members within stipulated time
  • Good Team player, self-starter, pro-active in bringing new ideas and solutions to the table
