Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Risk Management Framework

  • Apply global risk management instructions to site activities.

  • Ensure risk management processes are integral to lifecycle management.

  • Maintain site-level risk documentation aligned with global standards.

  • Bridge local and global risk management practices for consistency and compliance.

  • Prepare and support internal and external audits related to risk management

Risk Assessment & Documentation

  • Facilitate and drive risk analysis process and documentation.

  • Ensure risk files are complete, accurate, and audit-ready.

Right-Sized Risk Management

  • Drive fit-for-purpose and business oriented risk management practices that meet safety, efficacy, and compliance requirements.

  • Lead risk management activities and guide contributing teams on appropriate documentation and analysis based on product complexity and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Relevant engineering degree

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant Product Risk Management experience in the Medical Device or comparable regulated industries. Experienced with soft- and hardware development.

  • Strong experience with Design and Change Control.
