Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. is looking for an RFP Analyst to join our Global RFP Team in Boston. The Global RFP Team plays a key role in the production and delivery of high-quality Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Information (RFI), and Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) submissions to prospective and existing clients.

The Global RFP Team works closely with internal stakeholders across multiple functions, including Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Client-Facing Teams (CFTs), to ensure submissions are accurate and tailored to the highest professional standard. This role requires strong project management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a range of global teams across the organization.

Core Responsibilities:

RFP/RFI/DDQ Support:

  • Perform initial reviews of incoming RFP, RFI, and DDQ requests to determine level of effort and identify any firm-specific requirements.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end production of RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate RFP/RFI kick-off calls between Sales/Client-Facing Teams and Subject Matter Experts.
  • Draft and populate responses using the team’s standard content library, tailoring language to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Liaise with product and functional SMEs to obtain reviews, clarifications, and additional content.
  • Partner with Client-Facing Teams to identify and incorporate client-specific insights.
  • Facilitate internal review processes and ensure all responses receive appropriate approvals.
  • Ensure final deliverables are professionally formatted, polished, and client-ready prior to submission.
  • Contribute to the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the standard content library.
  • Support ad hoc requests from colleagues.

Technology platform support

  • Support SMEs and CFTs with onboarding and usage of Qvidian.
  • Support technology upgrades and enhancements across platforms including Qvidian, Monday.com, and Seismic.
  • Manage ongoing user administration, including license management, user maintenance, and license reconciliation in Qvidian.
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert for Qvidian within BBH.

Special Projects

  • Participate in team projects and business initiatives, aimed at improving team processes or workflows.
     

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience writing technical or client-facing proposals.
  • Knowledge of financial institutions and asset managers.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Native-level English proficiency with strong writing skills.

  • Manage multiple proposals simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with Qvidian is preferred.

   

Salary Range

Boston: $65,000 - $90,000 Salary + Annual Performance Bonus

BBH and its affiliates' compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing. The anticipated base salary range(s) shown above are only for the indicated location(s) and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations.
