Job Overview
Under general supervision, the RFI Developer is responsible for preparing comprehensive, accurate, and timely responses to internal and external stakeholders’ requests for information. This role supports global sales teams and other internal customers by developing high‑quality content for RFIs, proposals, sales initiatives, and customer questionnaires.
The position focuses on researching and organizing information, coordinating inputs from multiple sources, and ensuring the consistency, accuracy, and currency of company information used in customer-facing materials.
Essential Functions
- Research, organize, and draft corporate capabilities, experience descriptions, and standardized content for proposals, sales initiatives, and customer questionnaires.
- Coordinate inputs from multiple internal stakeholders to prepare formal, accurate responses to global outsourcing and preferred provider Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Ensure RFI responses are complete, consistent, and aligned with company standards and messaging.
- Maintain up-to-date information in relevant company management systems, content libraries, and research databases.
- Conduct company, industry, and competitor research to support customer inquiries and sales activities.
- Support the development, review, and maintenance of departmental templates, information sources, and reference materials.
- Apply quality control checks to written materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Manage multiple assignments concurrently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business Management, Finance, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in Proposal and/or Contract Management, Marketing, Finance, IT, Business Management, Business Development, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Demonstrated strong written communication skills, with the ability to structure and edit customer‑ready content.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; strong writing and editing capabilities.
