About SumUp

We believe in the everyday hero — those who have the courage to follow their passion and the determination to realise their dreams.

Small business owners are at the heart of all we do, so we’re creating powerful, easy-to-use financial solutions to help them run their businesses. With a founder’s mentality and a team-first attitude, our diverse teams across Europe, South America and the United States work together to ensure that small business owners can be successful doing what they love.

Team Description

You will join the Latam Growth team, where revenue is not just generated, but understood. The team operates across Growth, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Data, supporting decisions that span the full revenue lifecycle.

This role strengthens the foundations: how revenue is measured, attributed, and trusted. You will help ensure that data used to guide growth is consistent, reliable, and well understood. The work is regional in impact, but global in context. You will collaborate closely with Latam stakeholders while working hand-in-hand with central analytics teams in Europe, the US, and Brazil.

We are looking for someone curious, structured, and comfortable operating amid competing priorities.

What you’ll do

  • Own and evolve the single source of truth for growth and revenue data across the region.

  • Strengthen how attribution, funnels, and revenue-related models are defined, documented, and maintained.

  • Support the standardisation of Revenue Operations processes, systems, and governance across teams.

  • Partner closely with Growth, Sales, and Marketing to understand how data informs decisions—and where it falls short.

  • Improve the stability and clarity of product funnels, supporting both lifecycle and acquisition objectives.

  • Integrate new products, features, and channels into scalable and resilient measurement frameworks.

  • Balance local market needs with global standards when working with central teams.

  • Continuously review and challenge existing reporting and data processes to improve efficiency and confidence.

You’ll be great for this position if

  • You have experience working as a Data Analyst in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.

  • You are fluent in Excel or Google Sheets and confident working with SQL.

  • You use Python as a practical tool for analysis, not an academic exercise.

  • You understand core statistical concepts and know when—and when not—to apply them.

  • You are comfortable working with BI tools such as Tableau or similar platforms.

  • You combine analytical rigour with attention to detail and sound judgement.

  • You communicate clearly with stakeholders across different functions and levels.

  • You are proactive, curious, and able to manage ambiguity without losing momentum.

Nice to have

  • Experience with dbt, Airflow, or Git.

  • Exposure to data platforms or backend and analytics engineering tools.

  • Previous experience in Growth, Revenue Operations, or commercial analytics roles.
