The Role
We are looking for a Revit Model Drafting Expert for our road and highways projects in Lahore, Pakistan. The role will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural Revit models and drawings in compliance with requirements, supporting the design and construction teams with accurate and coordinated models.

• Prepare Revit models for architectural components of admin buildings, access gates, and prayer areas.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings, including general drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, ceiling plans, and schedules.
• Coordinate with design teams to ensure model accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
• Review and update models and drawings as per project revisions and deliverables.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure Revit models align with design intent and project standards.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with MEP, structural, and civil teams to resolve conflicts in the model.
• Support the review and approval process of Revit models and drawings before submission to clients.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, project specifications, and design standards.

With a track record of achievement in a related role, you will have gained your experience in a consultancy environment and have a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change and win new work.

Suitable applicants will have/be:

• Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Revit modeling and architectural drafting for infrastructure or building projects.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and high-quality drawings.
• Strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
