About This Opportunity
We are currently seeking an ambitious and talented Revit & AutoCAD Technician in our Tampa office. The Technician assists the project manager, architect, and/or engineer in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of technical support for projects. This primarily entails the preparation of Revit models and AutoCAD construction drawings, but can also include field investigation, support for condition assessments, testing of existing structures, and other support functions.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare project drawings and construction documents in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD for restoration projects, generally based on redlines/markups by others, using prescribed methods in adherence to Walker/industry drafting standards.
- Develop 3D models in Autodesk Revit
- Coordinate drawings with both internal and external clients.
- Assist with condition assessments and developing repair solutions.
- Assists Project Manager with reviewing construction work in progress, writing field reports, and punch lists for assigned portions of projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of an Associate degree (Engineering/Architectural Technology; Building Construction Technology; or similar), a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Experience with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD is required.
- Structural, Architectural and/or Construction experience is a plus.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
