Revenue Performance Manager
What You Will Do
You will own and elevate the commercial operating rhythm across ShopperTrak part of the business, ensuring revenue plans, forecasts, and performance insights enable predictable, profitable growth. Acting as a strategic partner to the General Manager and country leaders, you will drive rigor in sales planning, pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and commercial decision‑making across a ~$100m recurring revenue business.
How You Will Do It
- Partner closely with the General Manager and regional/country GMs to translate strategy into executable revenue plans
- Proactively support end‑to‑end revenue planning, forecasting, and performance reporting globally
- Embed consistent sales cadence, pipeline health reviews, deal inspection, and forecast discipline
- Monitor deal velocity, conversion rates, margin performance, and aging to proactively identify risks and opportunities
- Own Salesforce forecasting standards, hygiene, and reporting accuracy
- Deliver clear, actionable insights to support pricing, investment decisions, and market expansion initiatives
- Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Customer Success in a matrixed environment
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in revenue operations, sales performance, or commercial analytics roles
- Strong understanding of recurring revenue / subscription business models
- Demonstrated ability to drive forecasting accuracy and commercial rigor at scale
- Advanced Excel and CRM (Salesforce) expertise; experience with BI tools advantageous
- High commercial and financial acumen with the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience working across multiple countries and cultures in a matrixed organisation
- Highly structured, detail‑oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment
