We are looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to own the systems, infrastructure, and workflows that power our entire go-to-market engine. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Engineering-combining operational rigor with technical depth to fuel predictable, scalable revenue growth.
You will own HubSpot and our broader GTM tech stack, build and maintain our outbound email infrastructure, architect data pipelines and automation workflows, and ensure our teams move fast with clean, reliable data. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the full funnel- from first touch to closed deal.
CRM & Marketing Operations
Own HubSpot end-to-end, including governance, optimization, workflows, lead routing, lifecycle management, and data hygiene
Design and maintain dashboards and reporting for marketing and sales performance across the full funnel
Partner with Sales to ensure clean handoffs, accurate attribution, and smooth GTM workflows
Support campaign launches with operational setup, QA, and measurement
Outbound & Email Infrastructure
Build and maintain a high-volume outbound email infrastructure capable of sending 5,000+ emails per day with strong deliverability
Proactively implement, monitor, and improve deliverability across all Google, Microsoft, and SMTP domains and inboxes
Use Clay to enrich prospect data, build targeted lead lists, and automate outbound prospecting workflows
Manage engagement platforms (e.g., Instantly, HeyReach) to execute and optimize outbound sequences
Automation & Integrations
Architect and maintain robust integrations between our CRM, automation platforms, and internal product databases to ensure a single source of truth
Design complex automation logic to streamline lead routing, outbound prospecting, and customer onboarding
Leverage AI orchestration platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier) to identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks
Build internal tools and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into pipeline health and GTM performance
Tech Stack & Data Governance
Manage the full GTM tech stack- evaluating tools, managing integrations, owning contracts and budgets
Implement validation rules and data cleansing processes to keep the GTM database high-quality and actionable
Document processes, define standards, and continuously improve how we operate
Stay current on GTM best practices and proactively recommend tooling improvements
Must-Haves
4+ years in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Engineering, or a similar GTM role
Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot including workflows, automation, reporting, and integrations
Clay proficiency
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain outbound email infrastructure at scale (5,000+ emails/day)
Strong understanding of GTM funnels, lead management, attribution, and lifecycle stages
Experience with AI orchestration tools such as n8n or Zapier
Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear business context for Sales and Marketing stakeholders
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear insights and action
Nice-to-Haves
Strong command of SQL for data modeling and pipeline analysis
Experience with Python or JavaScript for writing custom scripts and API integrations
Familiarity with engagement platforms such as Instantly or HeyReach
Background in B2B SaaS or startup environments
A clear point of view on implementing AI across GTM workflows
