Position Summary

We’re seeking a Revenue Operations & GTM Technology Manager to join our dynamic Revenue Operations & Strategy team shaping Harness’ go-to-market strategy and global expansion. Partnering with our GTM Business Systems team, this role acts as the primary subject matter export of our GTM technology stack, blending technical systems expertise, detailed process optimization, and operational enablement.

In this role, your core mission will be to ensure the GTM team is efficient, using modern tooling and properly enabled and aligned with top-level revenue priorities. We’ll lean on your expertise to assess our existing tech stack, provide recommendations, maintain performance and ensure maximum field adoption. This will be a high-visibility role partnering closely with our senior executives and GTM leaders across Sales, Partner, SDR, Enablement and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering & Solution Design: Partner closely with GTM stakeholders (Sales, SDR, Partner) and GTM Business Systems to understand business priorities and translate them into technology requirements
  • User Enablement, Documentation and Support: Develop comprehensive documentation and provide training to GTM teams, drive adoption on top use cases and act as day-to-day support post-rollout
  • AI Technology Transformation & Evaluation: Stay current with the rapidly evolving GTM technology market to evaluate and actively recommend emerging AI technologies for potential integration
  • Process Automation & Efficiency: Identify opportunities for workflow automation across the tech stack to minimize manual intervention, enhance data integrity, and drive efficiency
  • Data Governance & Quality: Enforce data accuracy, maintenance protocols, and compliance standards at the system level across all managed GTM applications

About You

  • 4+ years of experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, specifically in Revenue Operations, Sales Systems/IT, Enablement, or Business Systems Analysis, with a strong focus on GTM technology management
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and a broad range of GTM applications (Outreach, Clari, Impartner, Actively, Chorus, outbound & enrichment technology) 
  • Strong understanding of system integrations and data workflows (e.g., APIs, middleware, ETL processes)
  • Proven ability to translate high-level business strategy into technical system requirements and scalable architectural solutions
  • Strong communication, documentation and project management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical limitations and opportunities to non-technical GTM leaders
  • Experience with process automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato) is a plus
  • Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or data visualization software (e.g. Tableau) is a plus

This is a Remote role with a preference for New York City, NY or San Francisco, CA.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $164,000 - $197,000 annually. Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.  The compensation package for this position also includes a commission/variable component, which is based on performance, plus equity, and benefits.
