About the Role
We are seeking a creative and passionate Product Manager eager to solve complex customer problems and build world-class products for millions of individuals and businesses across Southeast Asia. You will be responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of core parts of our fintech platform that accelerate digital business growth. Your initial, critical assignment will be to lead the end-to-end build and scaling of our cutting-edge Fraud Detection Platform, ensuring the security and integrity of our Digital Virtual Account product. Following the successful deployment and stabilization of this foundational risk infrastructure, you will transition to driving the strategic roadmap for our global payments and currency expansion. You will be expected to deeply understand the motivations and business requirements of our customers and their end-users to ensure our product offering exceeds expectations and supports our mission of providing equal financial opportunities for everyone.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with stakeholders and product managers to discover, ideate, and launch customer-centric growth initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end product development, from research and ideation through design, build, and launch.
- Gather and translate user needs into clear product requirements and detailed specifications.
- Define market opportunities, product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Build alignment across cross-functional teams and leadership to drive execution.
- Document user stories, mockups, and workflows using tools such as Notion, Figma, and Whimsical.
- Define success metrics, oversee user acceptance testing, and work closely with engineers and designers to deliver high-quality products.
What We Are Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management with a track record of delivering measurable user and business impact.
- Strong ability to understand technical concepts and clearly communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset.
- Deep product and data understanding, including funnel analysis, experimentation (A/B testing), and basic SQL.
- Comfortable designing new experiences and optimizing existing flows, knowing when to do each.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to building best-in-class products.
- Proven ability to influence, communicate, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams; experience in fintech or fraud platforms is a plus.
