About the role
Human Interest is on a mission to ensure every worker has a path to financial independence. We are looking for a Revenue Operations Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone for our Revenue and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams.
We move at 24,791 mph. This is a support-heavy role designed for someone who thrives on organization, meticulous detail, and high-velocity execution. You will act as the "navigator," managing the administrative workflows and logistics that allow our revenue engine to scale. From orchestrating the new hire experience to providing critical data and tools support, you will gain an insider’s view into how a world-class revenue team operates. About the team
The Operations Excellence team is the high-integrity backbone of our revenue organization, dedicated to "zero-error" execution and scaling our most vital internal workflows. We act as the essential bridge between strategy and execution by managing the critical infrastructure that keeps our teams moving at high velocity. This includes overseeing rigorous compliance monitoring, maintaining technical knowledge governance, and orchestrating the end-to-end logistics for our Go-To-Market team—from flawlessly onboarding new hires and managing field assets to ensuring every team member has the branded tools and resources they need to win. By removing operational friction and handling the complexities of rapid growth, we ensure our revenue engine remains equipped, compliant, and ready for our next phase of scale

Compensation - At Human Interest, there are a number of factors that are used to determine the appropriate pay range for each position. We take into account the cost of labor for each position in various markets across the U.S. The base salary for this position spans $31.25 - $33.66 per hour and represents the minimum in our lowest geographic region to a maximum in our highest geographic region. The salary we offer to a new employee within this range is based on their location within the U.S., their relevant job-related skills, and experience. At Human Interest, base salary is one component of the overall total rewards package. Depending on the position, additional compensation components such as bonuses, commissions, and equity may be offered. All of our employees are offered a robust suite of physical, financial, and mental wellness benefits.
