Summary: We are seeking a data-driven and collaborative Revenue Operations Analyst to optimize our go-to-market performance across Sales, Marketing, and Finance. This role will bridge strategy and execution—translating data into insights that drive revenue growth, process efficiency, and predictable forecasting.

This role is hybrid that will work onsite 2 days per week at one of our locations: Chicago, Philadelphia or Dallas metro areas. Occasional travel may be required as part of this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, maintain, and deliver reports and dashboards that track key revenue metrics, including pipeline health, conversion rates, and customer acquisition trends for sales and marketing teams.
  • Analyze lead flow and sales funnel performance from prospect to close, identifying friction points and recommending strategies to improve conversion and overall efficiency.
  • Lead tracking, reporting, and analysis of pipeline growth, win/loss performance, and quota attainment, driving data hygiene and ensuring timely access to accurate revenue data.
  • Standardize definitions, metrics, and reporting frameworks across systems to ensure data integrity, consistency, and scalability in revenue operations processes.
  • Support annual and quarterly planning, including capacity modeling, dashboard design, process optimization, compensation analytics, quota setting, account and territory management, and pipeline analysis.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other go-to-market teams to align KPIs, surface trends, create presentations, and optimize sales policies and playbooks to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Assist in revenue forecasting and goal setting by leveraging historical data, market trends, and pipeline insights to improve forecast accuracy and predictability.
  • Monitor progress toward revenue goals, proactively highlight risks and opportunities, and collaborate with stakeholders to adjust strategies and initiatives as needed.
  • Partner with FP&A on in-year and multi-year revenue forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance tracking against targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Revenue Operations in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into strategic recommendations.
  • Proven expertise with Microsoft Excel (modeling, formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint (data storytelling).
  • Strong experience with Power BI and Power Query editor; ability to build, transform, and visualize data effectively.
  • Working knowledge of SQL or DAX proficiency is a major plus.
  • Familiarity with forecasting methodologies, quota design, and territory management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, data-rich environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience partnering with FP&A on revenue forecasting and scenario modeling.
  • Exposure to sales compensation design and automation tools.
  • Experience with Dynamics CRM
  • Experience working in a multi-product or global GTM organization.

The base salary range for this position is between $70,290.00 to $88,200.00 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, and market demand.
