Description:

Revenue Marketing Analyst for Nasdaq’s Capital Markets business, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth, visibility, and strategic positioning of our Calypso product portfolio. This opportunity is tailored for marketing professionals with 0-2 years of experience who are ready to leverage their expertise in financial technology and lead complex initiatives. Reporting to the Revenue Marketing Manager for Nasdaq Calypso, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and take ownership of high-impact marketing projects across the organization.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the execution, monitoring, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to generate demand for the Nasdaq Calypso product portfolio.
  • Partner with sales and product teams to develop and implement advanced account targeting strategies, refine messaging for diverse audiences, and analyze engagement metrics to assess and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Design and oversee account-based marketing (ABM) programs aimed at key decision-makers, including executives in capital markets, compliance, and risk management; provide strategic recommendations to maximize influence and conversion.
  • Conduct market intelligence research—including competitive analysis, client profiling, and trend identification—to inform business development, whitespace exploration, and account expansion opportunities.
  • Direct the planning and execution of events and webinars in partnership with Field Marketing teams, managing pre-event campaign strategy and comprehensive post-event analysis to optimize impact and lead generation.
  • Synthesize and interpret marketing campaign data from multiple sources—including Salesforce, 6sense, Marketo, and external partners—to deliver comprehensive analytics, uncover actionable insights, and drive ongoing optimization across channels.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.

  • 0-2 years of experience in B2B marketing, with exposure to technology or financial services considered an asset.

  • Strong interest in marketing analytics, campaign execution, and reporting, with familiarity in Excel and a willingness to learn marketing technology tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, or 6sense.

  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and collaborate with team members across departments.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to develop skills in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

  • Creative thinker with enthusiasm to learn about buyer journeys, B2B marketing, and SaaS industries.

  • A proactive approach to learning, collaborating, and contributing to the success of the revenue marketing team.
