We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Revenue Growth Management – Associate Manager to lead revenue growth across our Core 5 Beauty & Wellbeing brands in the US. This role serves as the central hub for leading the 5 levers of revenue growth 1) pricing, 2) price/pack / portfolio transformation, 3) Mix Management 4) Promo Spend and 5) Trade Terms Optimization. You will direct dock with our Marketing and CS&P teams - driving competitive growth and unlocking new opportunities and will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing and making recommendations across the levers to support the Business Unit (BU) Strategy Growth Framework and Commercial Strategy.
The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
You’ll be part of the newly formed Business Performance Team (BPT), reporting to the Senior Director, Head of Business Performance. The BPT also oversees Marketing Perfomrnace and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) with a shared mission to fuel sustainable growth.

JOB PURPOSE
RGM (Revenue Growth Management) is a systematic approach to growing revenue through strategic pricing, price-pack architecture, mix management, promotions and trade terms structure. For 2026 and beyond, RGM has been identified as one of our core strategic growth enablers. As an RGM Associate Manager you are responsible for creating growth strategies for Unilever through portfolio optimization, pricing, active mix management, promo and trade spend excellence.

What You’ll Need To Succeed
Pay: The pay range for this position is $88,600 to $133,000. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
