Job Title: Revenue & Growth Manager

The Revenue & Growth Manager for WMUK (Warner Music UK) will be essential in the successful execution of our digital marketing strategies across all key platforms.

Reporting to the Growth Director, you will be responsible for working closely with Atlantic Records, Warner Music and more in the day-to-day management and execution of platform campaigns, ensuring artists maximise their reach and engagement, which converts into tangible commercial results. You will leverage your strong operational knowledge of social platforms, audience development and campaign management to implement strategies, track performance, and bring new digital opportunities to life.

This role requires a proactive approach, strong execution skills, and a keen understanding of the digital music landscape.

Here you’ll get to:

Your day-to-day work will centre on supporting and executing platform marketing strategy, including:

  • Campaign execution: Execute marketing campaigns across social, video, and DSPs by spearheading the end-to-end delivery of partnership initiatives, while providing strategic ideation and support for label led artist campaigns.

  • Data analysis & reporting: Support a data-first approach by monitoring campaign performance metrics, utilising audience analytics, and preparing weekly performance reports. You will assist in identifying optimisation opportunities within platform mechanics and audience segmentation to support revenue growth goals.

  • Platform opportunity scouting: Support the R&G team’s strategic roadmap by actively researching emerging platform opportunities and providing analysis on potential revenue drivers, including Social Commerce, Digital Tokens, and MCNs."

  • Internal liaison & support: Work closely with label marketing managers and label streaming leads, providing them with the necessary tools, data, and guidance to execute effective platform campaigns. Assist the Growth Director in preparing materials to pitch for high-value editorial support and partnership activations.

  • Platform expertise: Maintain a deep, current understanding of the major music streaming and social platforms (e.g., TikTok, Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music). Serve as a primary resource for label teams on platform best practices, algorithm changes, and technical requirements.

  • Platform relationship support: Assist the Growth Director in managing and maintaining relationships with platform partners by preparing meeting materials, coordinating follow-ups, and tracking progress on strategic initiatives.

  • Audience development: Work with the labels to assist on building strategies for audience development for a diverse range of campaigns for all levels of artists, supporting them on social growth, super fan community building, digital activations and more

  • Performance tracking: Manage campaign tracking, data collection, and initial translation of performance data into clear, concise summaries for the Director

  • Cross-functional coordination: Serve as a contact point between the Platform team and internal departments (e.g., label streaming, marketing, data), helping to ensure a smooth flow of information and a unified approach to artist campaigns.

About you:

We are looking for a highly organised and commercially aware individual ready to execute high-impact campaigns in a fast-moving industry.

  • Experience: 2-4 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, content creation, or platform-specific campaign execution, preferably within the music industry, media, or youth culture sector.

  • Platform fluency: Strong operational knowledge of the social and streaming platforms —their features, content formats, and audience dynamics.

  • Analytical aptitude: Proven ability to manage and analyse campaign data, produce clear reports, and use metrics to identify actionable insights and optimisation points.

  • Commercial awareness: A solid understanding of audience engagement and how it translates into platform-specific revenue drivers.

  • Communication & project management: Excellent organisational, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

  • Passion: A genuine passion for music, digital culture, and creativity is essential for success in this role.
