Your New Role...

The Revenue Accounting Manager is a key position in the accounting team supporting revenue accounting for Direct-to-Consumer activity for various global businesses within EMEA territories for Warner Bros. Discovery. This involves overseeing the accounting and financial reporting related to revenue recognition and ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records and ensuring compliance with US GAAP and company policies.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Oversee revenue accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions in line with US GAAP (including ASC 606) and company policies.

  • Maintain compliance with SOX requirements and support internal controls, audits, and financial reporting processes.

  • Develop and maintain accounting policies, lead process improvements, and monitor revenue trends to support key business decisions.

  • Experience performing financial statement analytics and monitoring of key business performance metrics.

  • Ability to work independently as well as working collaboratively with cross-functional team members across the organization and prioritize multiple deliverables with competing deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

  • BS/BA in Accounting; Master’s in Accounting is a plus.

  • CPA or Chartered Accountant (CA) strongly preferred.

  • Proven experience in accounting with a strong understanding of US GAAP (especially revenue topics) and SOX requirements.

  • Proven experience supervising or mentoring accounting teams in a multinational environment.

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to work with remote and cross‑functional teams.

  • Experience with SAP, technical accounting research, and financial/data modelling is an advantage.

  • Ability to travel internationally occasionally; must have legal authorization to work.
