Joining the Seed Retail Sales team is a unique opportunity to shape the physical footprint of a high-growth brand at a defining moment. In just 18 months since our retail debut, Seed has transitioned from a direct-to-consumer pioneer into a top-ranking brand on the national stage. Our products consistently rank as top-performing SKUs at Target, Amazon, and Sprouts, alongside a flagship presence on the iconic shelves of Erewhon.
We are now expanding our Retail Sales team to meet a surge in market demand. We are at a unique inflection point: strategically selecting our next tier of partners while building world-class launch plans from the ground up. As Director of Retail Sales, you will lead this dual mandate—driving the continued hyper-growth of our established national accounts while building the foundational launch plans required to successfully enter new, high-impact channels.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader who is energized by the 'build.' You are someone who can navigate the complexities of diverse retail ecosystems and translate Seed’s scientific rigor into a premium, category-defining shelf-side experience. Reporting to the VP of Retail Sales, you will serve as a key strategic partner in shaping our national retail roadmap. You will be responsible for delivering profitable growth within your accounts and will serve as the primary driver of their long-term health and execution.

The annual pay range for this full-time position is $170-210K + equity + benefits across all US locations (this position is 100% remote-US). Our pay ranges are guided by discipline, level and experience required. Within the range, individual pay may vary based on additional factors, including: your specific location, desired skills/ technical competency, relevant experience and advanced education/ training.
